IKEA had set its sight on expanding market share of ecommerce business from 1% to 10% and to quadruple sales to $4B by 2023. IBM proposed a strategy to work with their supply chain team to drive digital engagement and experience.

I worked closely with supply chain executives to bring their vision of a seamless consumer digital experience to life. This included designing mock ups of new features being proposed to the IKEA app, as well as a presentation in Adobe XD that could be distributed across the organization.
